Asmaa Alkuwari is the founder and CEO of Asmaa Consultancy, a leadership development and executive coaching firm headquartered in Doha, Qatar.

With over 12+ years of corporate experience and more than six years in professional coaching, Asmaa brings an unusual combination to her work: the rigour of strategic consulting, the depth of ICF-certified coaching, and the cultural intelligence of someone who has spent her career in and around the organizations she serves.

Her background in UX (User Experience) strategy shaped the way she approaches leadership development — with precision, human-centredness, and a commitment to designing experiences that actually change behaviour, not just attitudes. That lens distinguishes Asmaa Consultancy's programmes from more conventional training offerings.

Asmaa's corporate client base spans telecommunications, energy, higher education, logistics, government, and services sectors. She has delivered programmes in over ten countries, in both English and Arabic, and is particularly sought after for her ability to hold the complexity of leading in an Arab cultural and professional context — without oversimplifying it.

She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a TEDx speaker, and a former President of the ICF Doha Chapter. She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential — the highest ICF designation below Master Certified Coach.
