FLF exists to close that gap. It is a rigorous, transformational programme that develops the specific competencies women leaders need to perform at the highest level: confidence under pressure, strategic influence, executive presence, and the ability to lead others through uncertainty.
The Programme Structure
Phase 1- Leadership Diagnostic
Before any facilitation begins, we conduct a structured assessment of your organization's leadership landscape. We listen to your L&D priorities, identify the cohort's development profile, and agree on the outcomes that matter most to your business.
Delivered as: Stakeholder interviews + cohort assessment + discovery session
Phase 02 — FLF Programme Delivery
The core leadership intensive. Delivered as a facilitated cohort experience, FLF combines leadership frameworks, experiential learning, peer reflection, and practical application.
Phase 03 — Integration Retainer
The most common failure in leadership development is the absence of follow-through. Our optional post-delivery retainer ensures the learning is embedded — through coaching check-ins, accountability structures, and team-level reinforcement.

Asmaa Consultancy works on a flat-rate model — not per participant. This means you can scale internally without penalty, and the cost is predictable from day one. Proposals are scoped individually based on programme length, cohort size, and delivery format.
